China. The cooperation agreement was signed during 2nd South Asian Forum for Technical Collaboration held in Kunming, China from 12-14 June 2016 organized by Ministry of Science and Technology, P. R. China; People’s Government of Yunnan Province; China-South Asia Technology Transfer Center; Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Science & Technology; and Department of Science and Technology of Yunnan Province.
