We are seeking an Executive Assistant who has experience as an executive or administration assistant in the past.

The Role:

Singhania & Partners LLP is looking to recruit an Executive Assistant (EA) to work with the Senior Partner in Litigation at Bangalore, who can provide a consistently high standard of professional support to the Sr. Partner and ensure that all the tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.

As an EA you are required to have excellent communication skills, a sound sense of judgement to portray a positive first impression to visitors. You should be able filter communications and deal with all enquiries in an appropriate manner. Below are some of the key expectations:
● Report Creations
● Organizing travel and accommodation,
● Taking minutes
● Other organizational tasks

Key Accountabilities:

● Filing and retrieving records, documents, and reports
● Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review

Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on legal issues relating to FEMA, Company Law, M&A, Commercial contracts, SEBI Takeover and other regulations.
  • Handling documentation and process of M&A for clients.
  • Carrying out legal due diligence of companies/LLPs for the clients.
  • Compliance with all statutory and legal compliances applicable to Indian companies including companies/LLPs having foreign shareholders/ partners.
  • Review of various amendments to Companies Act, 2013, rules thereunder, Secretarial Standards, applicable SEBI, RBI and other Regulations and updating clients in this regard.
  • Preparation of various notices, papers, minutes and other documents with regards to calling and convening of Board and General Meetings of members as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable provisions
  • Follow up with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), other Regulators. For registration of any Forms/ Documents or to submit any information as required.
