Singhania & Partners has always been derived to put intensive efforts to sensitize and disseminate Intellectual Property (IP) awareness among the various sectors of the society and industry. Amongst, our initiative we have been knowledge partners for the recently concluded Panel Discussion on Patents Protection & Enforcement- A Global Perspective, organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) along with Tamil Nadu Technology Development and Promotion Centre (TNTDPC).

Bhawna Sharma, Head- Patents & Designs of Singhania & Partners, was among the esteemed panel of Patent Experts, from Samsung, L& T Technology, Boeing, WTO and UK-IPO, for virtual discussion. She mainly addressed the major concerns of the Small and Medium Scale Industries related to patent management, including crucial issues in strategizing the IP needs in conformity with the business needs. Furthermore, she elaborated on the Enforcement of IP with emphasis on commercialization and enforcement strategies of Small and Medium Scale Industries. The holistic understanding and legal knowledge imparted by her at the virtual discussion received appreciation from both the co-panelist and the attendees.
