This programme is designed for senior corporate lawyers who have demonstrated the depth and drive to operate at partner level. It is not a training course. It is a structured transition — a curated 12-month journey that combines advanced practice exposure, direct partner mentorship, and client-facing responsibility, culminating in assessment for elevation to Associate Partner at Singhania & Partners LLP.
Lawyers who have spent eight or more years in corporate practice, including at least three years at Senior Associate or Principal Associate level with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 law firm, and who are ready to make the transition from executing transactions to leading client relationships.
Master complex corporate transactions, M&A deals, due diligence processes, and corporate restructuring strategies. Participants will develop expertise in transaction structuring, negotiation of key commercial terms, and cross-border deal mechanics.
Mentors (Project Supervision):
Develop expertise in employment contracts, workplace disputes, labour compliance, and HR legal advisory. The module covers the full spectrum of employment law practice — from individual employment relationships to collective bargaining and regulatory compliance obligations.
Mentor (Project Supervision):
Navigate regulatory frameworks, corporate governance standards, compliance audits, and risk management protocols. Participants will develop working familiarity with FEMA, data privacy regulations, sector-specific compliance regimes, and the conduct of regulatory investigations.
Mentor (Project Supervision):
Build and sustain client relationships, develop business development strategies, and cultivate the judgement and leadership presence required at partner level. This module is structured around supervised project work and direct mentorship — not classroom instruction.
