Seminar on Legal Aspects of Commercial Opportunities between India and France at New Delhi

Singhania & Partners LLP in association with Droit & Commerce (A french association of Legal Professionals) is organizing the seminar on Legal aspects of Commercial Opportunities between India and France on 29 October, 2018 at Hotel Claridges, New Delhi. This half day seminar will provide Indo-French perspective on Enforcement of Foreign Awards in India and Expanding Economic Relations by promoting commercial opportunities between India and France.

The participants will include Indian and French Companies with business interest in these two countries besides members of Droit & Commerce which is an association of legal professionals from a variety of backgrounds including magistrates, consular judges, academics, lawyers, notaries, accountants, and auditors.

H.E. Ms. Claire THUAUDET, Deputy Head of Mission, French Embassy in New Delhi will be delivering the inaugural address. Other speakers who will share French perspective are Ms. Gachucha COURRÉGÉ, Président of the Law & Commerce Association, Lawyer- M&CLawyers; Mr. Pierre Antoine GAILLY, President of companies – Honorary President of the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ile-de-France (CCIP) ; Mr. Franck DENEL, Honorary President of the Law & Commerce Association – Lawyer – DENEL, GUILLEMAIN, RIEU, de CROZALE, TREZEGUET LAWYERS.
