Shilpa Shah- Senior Partner and the head of the Bengaluru practice of the firm was a legal expert at the 3 part webinar series on Land Reforms organised by Confederation of Indian Industry on October 1 2020.

With more than three decades in the legal profession, she has successfully represented clients in banking, intellectual property, M&A, real estate, taxation, technology and science, joint ventures & acquisitions with a focus on infrastructure, information technology & real estate.

At the webinar she imparted in depth legal knowledge and insight on land reforms in India. She provided a bird eye view of land Acquisition from the land owners, Government and the corporate perspective. Furthermore, the presentation delivered by her included the reasons and the need of a new law for land acquisition in India.
