This role will be instrumental in driving the firm's growth and enhancing its reputation through strategic initiatives across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal marketing and business development practices and a proven track record of generating leads and engaging with clients effectively.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies for making pitches and generating leads, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.
     
  • Ensure timely and assured responses to all leads generated online, nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline.
     
  • Submissions: Manage the firm's submissions to leading legal directories such as Chambers and Partners, Asia Law Profile, IFLR 1000, and Legal 500.
     
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure the accuracy and completeness of submissions.
     
  • Social Media Management: Curate and publish engaging content on LinkedIn, showcasing the firm's expertise, achievements, and thought leadership.
     
  • Write and manage blogs to provide insights into key legal developments and establish the firm as a trusted resource in the industry.
     
  • Content Creation: Write and publish articles on reputable legal portals, including Bar and Bench, Lexology, Mondaq, and LiveLaw, to expand the firm's reach and influence.
     
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
     
  • Website Outreach: Oversee the maintenance and updates of the firm's website, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and responsiveness.
     
  • Respond promptly to queries and comments from visitors, media, and stakeholders to maintain a positive online presence.
     
  • Brochure Updates: Continuously update brochures, particularly those related to doing business in India, to reflect the firm's capabilities, services, and market positioning.
     
  • Webinars: Organize and conduct webinars in collaboration with industry bodies such as FICCI, CII, PHD etc., to share insights on relevant legal topics and engage with potential clients.
     
  • Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
     
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in business development, marketing, or client relationship management, in a professional services firm or consulting firm, preferably within the legal sector.

  • The candidate should have in depth knowledge and experience of handling Court related matters pertaining to Arbitration & Land Acquisition .
  • Should possess good knowledge of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ; Civil Procedure Code; Indian Evidence Act 1872; Indian Contract Act 1872, NHAI Act, Consumer civil laws etc.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Kannada Language is an added advantage

  • Good knowledge of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996; Civil Procedure Code; Indian Evidence Act 1872; Indian Contract Act 1872, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and other commercial laws.
  • Experience in handling matters related to Arbitration for Infrastructure Companies, Insolvency, Civil Suits etc.
  • Experience in handling infrastructure-related matters, having industry knowledge.
