Advising one of the world’s leading Vulnerability Management company, eEye Inc. on various Intellectual Property Matters. Advising the company on Trademark Protection in India, including opposition to an infringing trademark filed by Apple Inc.

Successfully represented a globally reputed/ an International Air Charter service providing company on various intellectual property matters, including representing the company in.IN Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (INDRP) arbitration proceeding and protection of the trademark in India including rectification of an infringing trademark filed by an Indian company with the Indian Trademark Registry.

Advising Institut National des Appellations d’ Origine (INAO), a French government organization charged with regulating French agricultural products with protected Geographical Indication, in India and Nepal. Successfully resolved several contentious IP matters /issues with the Trademark Registry related to famous Geographical Indications such as Cognac, Champagne, Martinique, Le Hermitage, Floc de Gascogne, Normandie, etc.

Advising a leading international publication house, McGraw Hill Education, on various contracts and publishing agreement with the authors and subsequent termination of some of the contracts, including advise and necessary action on copyright issues related to raid and seizure of infringing books and materials. The firm has taken enforcement actions against the infringer for sale of infringing/pirated books for the said company.

Successfully advising, maintaining and enforcing IP rights for over a decade of a world’s leading paint manufacturing company.

Have been counselling for over a decade to one of the world’s largest producer of printing inks and pigments for protecting and maintaining their patent portfolio in India.

Successfully represented world’s leading frozen food manufacturing company in domain name dispute cases involving India specific extensions with UDRP.

Have been advising to several Startups under Startup India scheme in understanding and protecting the IP of their company. Our counsels are on the panel of India’s most reputed management institute Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta’s- Innovation Park ( The Start-up Incubation Centre) to facilitate the startup and companies coming up with innovative ideas under Make in India plan.

Our counsels are also on the panel of Intellectual Property Facilitation Center which is a joint initiative of Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and PHD Chamber of Commerce (one of the oldest Industry Association in India) to facilitate MSMEs in understanding and protection of their IP.
