Bhawna Sharma (Head-Patents & Designs) and Sana Singh (Associate) recently participated as guest speakers in a 5-day IPR Workshop (from 2nd Nov to 6th Nov 2020) organized by Cell for IPR Promotion and Management (CIPAM) and SRM Institute of Science & Technology, Delhi-NCR campus.
Bhawna addressed on “Innovations and Patents Protection” and “Industrial Design Protection”. While, Sana shared her experience on protection of “Copyrights and Related Rights”. They mainly emphasised on the need and strategies of IP protection by Young Innovators, Research Scholars, Universities, Students, Faculties and Small Scale Businesses. The sessions also highlighted on various models of collaboration between Universities, Industries and Government, so that the existing educational and technological structure can be radically transformed.
