Mr. Abhishek Kumar, Partner, Singhania & Partners LLP spoke on the topic “Strategies for Faster Dispute Resolution'' which was organized by India Infrastructure Forum on May 11-12, 2022 at Le- Meridien, New Delhi, India.
Mr. Kumar discussed his experiences with the construction/infrastructure Dispute Resolution ecosystem as well as different legislative actions and policy measures that strengthen Dispute Resolution and Arbitration in India, during this session.
He further discussed what are the difficulties being faced during the arbitrations and the measures which may be adopted to expedite the arbitration process. Besides, he also discussed what further needed to be done from a regulatory or legislative standpoint later in the panel discussion.
