Tula Workshop – An Annual Event on Consumer Awareness

Singhania & Partners LLP were the legal experts on Intellectual Property Rights at an Annual Workshop on Consumer Affairs held at the Miranda House University of Delhi from the 25- 27 September 2019.

The purpose of the work shop was to spread awareness and provide the students with a basic overview of the Intellectual Property Rights that are associated with creative work.

Sana Singh an IPR Associate of our firm delivered a talk and presented on the basic legal framework on Intellectual Property Rights in India. Furthermore, she talked about the how these laws are linked to the Consumer Protection Act.

She received a very warm welcome and was heard with attentive ears by inquisitive young minds.
