Our Associate Sana Singh, specialized in the field of Trademarks and Copyright, was among the esteemed panel, which included experts from Havells, Swiggy, The Indian Hotels Company Limited, Procter & Gamble and USPTO. She focused on the scope of protection of Non-Conventional Trademarks in the Indian Jurisdiction and covered a wide spectrum of topics, involving procedural statutory compliance related to filing and protection and various legal challenges and concerns. The discussion was a rejuvenating and gainfully enriching experience for the audience as well as for the speakers.
