Sabah, is a Principal Associate at the firm, having nearly a decade of experience in dispute resolution, focussing primarily on commercial litigation and arbitration. She has represented clients, both private parties and public sector undertakings, before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, Tribunals, and in both ad hoc and institutional arbitrations. Her expertise includes commercial disputes, infrastructure arbitrations, debt recovery, insolvency and bankruptcy matters. She is known for her drafting skills and attention to detail and plays a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring effective coordination and alignment with strategic objectives throughout the lifecycle of a dispute. Her meticulous approach and responsiveness have made her a trusted legal advisor to clients navigating high stakes commercial conflicts. In addition to her dispute resolution practice, she frequently contributes to legal publications and actively engages in mentoring law students.
