Madhu Murthy G. K has been practicing law for 14 years focusing on commercial litigation and arbitration. She is an Associate Partner and regularly represents various clients in arbitrations, land acquisition cases before the High Court as well as the District Courts.
Madhu has represented some of the Firm’s leading clients such as Punj Lloyd Ltd, Quess. Corp. Ltd, National Highways Authority of India, etc., before various Forums. Her core expertise is Civil Litigation and Arbitration. She has been associated with extensive trials involving review of extensive documents and research etc. all over the State of Karnataka.
She is part of a team which is involved in high stake litigation and Writ Petitions and other issues related to legal/fundamental rights.
