Hitesh is a dual-qualified professional (Advocate & Company Secretary) with over two decades of experience in corporate law, infrastructure and PPP, M&A, restructuring and insolvency, dispute resolution and ADR, data protection and privacy, labour and employment laws, risk advisory and regulatory compliance. An Advocate-on-Record of the Supreme Court of India, he combines legal and corporate governance expertise with a strong understanding of complex business, regulatory and institutional environments.
He is currently serving as a Partner with Singhania & Partners LLP and has previously held positions with Link Legal and PwC. He has advised government authorities, corporates, institutions and industrial houses on a wide range of complex legal and commercial matters, including corporate and strategic transactions, infrastructure and project-related matters, government tendering and procurement, contractual and regulatory issues, dispute resolution, data protection and privacy, employment and labour laws, e-commerce and technology-related matters, and other emerging legal and regulatory issues.
