Associate
Saumya Singhai, a law graduate of 2023, has gained valuable experience at Singhania and Partners, where she started as an Intern and later became an Associate. She is a part of the Banking & Finance and Infrastructure team.
Saumya is consistently involved in advising clients on project finance and infrastructure projects. Her association with the firm has provided her with valuable exposure to comprehensive preparation of Legal Audit Reports, Title Search Reports, Due Diligence Reports, vetting of contracts and security documents, as well as handling matters related to legal and regulatory compliances, contractual compliances, Request for Proposal, and other bid documents.
