Apurv is a corporate and commercial law professional with experience in transactional documentation, regulatory compliance, and corporate advisory within the Indian legal and business framework. His practice is oriented toward enabling legally robust and commercially effective business arrangements, with a focus on structured drafting, due diligence, and compliance-driven advisory aligned to applicable regulatory requirements.
His work involves end-to-end engagement with commercial and transactional matters, including the drafting and review of complex arrangements such as service and supply agreements, statements of work, lease and rental arrangements, partnership deeds, memoranda of understanding, share purchase agreements, power purchase agreements, and implementation support contracts. Apurv advises on corporate and land-related legal due diligence, contract risk assessment, and transaction support, and contributes to corporate governance and compliance matters encompassing company law compliances, foreign exchange regulations, securities law disclosures, and regulatory reporting, ensuring legal clarity and transactional soundness.
Complementing his transactional practice is a strong research-driven approach developed through law firm and consultancy engagements, through which Apurv has contributed to regulatory documentation for listed entities and NBFCs, prepared compliance checklists under securities regulations, supported litigation-related due diligence, and authored research on emerging legal, regulatory, and policy issues.
