Senior Associate
Dhanisha Giri is an Advocate with over five years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution and is part of the Dispute Resolution practice at Singhania & Partners LLP. She has experience appearing before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums, including the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) and High Courts.
Her practice encompasses commercial litigation, dispute resolution, insolvency and bankruptcy, due diligence and corporate and commercial matters. She has also assisted in cross-jurisdictional legal matters and advisory assignments across more than 16 jurisdictions, gaining exposure to diverse legal and regulatory frameworks.
At Singhania & Partners, Dhanisha is actively involved in litigation matters, with particular experience in land compensation disputes and arbitration. Her diverse experience across litigation, arbitration and corporate and commercial matters enables her to assist clients in navigating complex contentious and advisory matters.
