At Singhania & Partners, Garima is being involved in matters related to Arbitration and IBC representing the National Highway Authority of India and National Hydro Electric Power Corporation. She is involved in drafting petitions, applications, replies, pleadings, legal opinions and is getting an exposure to appear before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, Arbitral Tribunals and other judicial forums.
She is part of the team which is regularly involved in high stake litigation and arbitrations and has assisted clients in invoking and defending arbitrations, suits, petitions and other issues.
