Ishant Tripathi is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice at Singhania & Partners LLP. His practice primarily focuses on arbitration, litigation and land acquisition matters, where he advises and assists clients in relation to a range of contentious issues. His experience includes undertaking legal research, preparing and drafting pleadings, applications and other legal documents, and assisting in proceedings before various courts and judicial forums. He has gained experience across diverse contentious matters and has developed a strong foundation in dispute resolution and litigation, with particular emphasis on the effective analysis and preparation of legal issues and proceedings.
