Naziya Khan is an Advocate with over 14 years of experience in litigation, corporate legal advisory, real estate transactions, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance. She has represented and managed matters before the Supreme Court, the Bombay High Court, the Karnataka High Court, as well as lower courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities, with additional experience in the aviation sector.
Her practice spans legal strategy, dispute resolution, drafting and negotiation of agreements, stakeholder advisory, and litigation management. She has previously worked with Mumbai International Airport Limited and Wadia Ghandy & Co., bringing strong expertise in civil litigation, real estate, and corporate legal matters.
Naziya holds an LL.B. and LL.M. from the University of Mumbai and is registered as a Notary Public with the Government of Maharashtra, India. She is known for her practical legal approach, strong drafting skills, professional ethics, and solution-oriented advisory.
