Manish Kumar Sharma has more than 25 years in the profession. Manish is an advocate and a qualified Company Secretary. He is also a registered Insolvency Professional. He has led various transactions related to foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and, regulatory and general corporate advisory.
He has advised client on structuring of transactions in compliance with foreign exchange laws and securities laws in case of transactions involving listed companies. Advising on entry and exit strategies to foreign investors.
He has rendered legal advice and assisted many companies in multimillion dollar capital market transactions of domestic public issues (IPO / FPO) and rights issues, overseas listing including Global Depository Receipt (GDR) issues, Foreign Currency Convertible Bond (FCCB) issues and Alternative Investment Market (AIM) listing.
