Prateek Madnani is a distinguished law graduate from the batch of 2021. For the past two years, he has been an integral part of Singhania & Partners LLP, where he has honed his expertise in arbitration and civil cases. He has made significant contributions in handling statutory arbitration cases, successfully defending the interests of various clients, including prominent autonomous bodies functioning under by the Central Government, such as the National Highways Authority of India. His association with firm has also afforded him notable exposure to land acquisition cases, further broadening his scope of expertise.
At Singhania & Partners LLP, he is consistently involved in drafting Special Leave Petitions, Plaints, Written Statements, Interlocutory Applications, and providing legal opinions for clients. He regularly appears before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Courts, and various District Courts, and represents clients with unwavering commitment. He is deeply involved in matters of high national importance, consistently ensuring the successful defence of clients' interests across various legal forums.
