Prateek, a law graduate of 2021, is associated with Singhania & Partners LLP for the past 4 months wherein he is involved in matters relating to Land Acquisition & represent the National Highways Authority of India. His work includes drafting of Special Leave Petitions, Interlocutory Applications, replies and legal opinion for the client and appearing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Court & various District Courts. The association with the firm has brought him an exposure and opportunity of dealing with with Civil Law, Alternate Dispute Resolution, Laws relating to Land Acquisition etc.
He is part of the Team LA which is consistently involved in matters of high national importance and has assisted clients in defending their interest by way of SLP’s & Writ Petition.
