Pulkit has been associated with Singhania & Partners LLP since 2023 as part of the Dispute Resolution Team. He represents National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) before Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts and Arbitral Tribunals in matters relating to contractual disputes and land acquisition.
His work primarily involves advising clients, drafting legal documents and handling proceedings before various forums, with a focus on achieving effective and result-oriented outcomes.
His association with the Firm has also given him exposure to diverse areas of practice, including civil law, laws relating to land acquisition and alternative dispute resolution.
