Presently associated with Singhania & Partners LLP, I am involved in handling and assisting in matters before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, and District Courts. My practice is primarily focused on Land Acquisition and Civil Litigation, including disputes arising out of acquisition proceedings, compensation enhancement matters, title and possession issues, contractual disputes, and other property-related litigation before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
My responsibilities include drafting and vetting Special Leave Petitions, Writ Petitions, Appeals, Replies, Rejoinders, Applications, and Legal Opinions; conducting in-depth legal research; analysing statutory provisions, rules, and judicial precedents; and assisting in the formulation of case strategy. I am also involved in client interaction, briefing senior counsels, coordinating with government authorities and opposing parties and ensuring effective case management across multiple fora.
