Shashank Thakur has been associated with Singhania & Partners LLP since October 2024 as part of the Dispute Resolution practice. He advises and represents clients before Courts, Arbitral Tribunals, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums in matters relating to commercial disputes, land acquisition, arbitration, and civil litigation.
His work primarily involves drafting pleadings, petitions, appeals, and legal opinions, advising clients on complex legal issues, and assisting in arbitration and mediation proceedings. He has also represented clients across Bengaluru Urban, Bengaluru Rural, and surrounding districts in a wide range of contentious matters.
His association with the Firm has provided him with significant exposure to arbitration, commercial litigation, infrastructure and land acquisition disputes, contract-related matters, and alternative dispute resolution. He has also assisted domestic and international clients on regulatory and advisory matters, enabling him to develop a well-rounded disputes and advisory practice.
