Shubhi Dhiman is a law graduate of 2022 and has been associated with Singhania and Partners for the past 4 months. She is a part of the Disputes Resolution Team. She is involved in high stake Arbitration as well as Litigation matters pertaining to Land Acquisition. She regularly appears and represents the interests of the National Highway Authority of India and the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways before various forums.
Shubhi is consistently involved in the drafting of Petitions, Replies, written arguments, applications and frequently appears before the Delhi High Court, District Court as well as Arbitral Tribunals defending the interests of clients. Her association with the firm has brought her good exposure in dealing with cases of varied arenas such as Statutory Arbitration, Alternate Disputes Resolution, Laws relating to Land Acquisition, Civil Laws, etc.
