Mr. Srajan is a prominent qualified Company Secretary and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India from the year 2021. He is also a graduate of Bachelor of commerce from University of Delhi. He has an experience of more than 5 years in corporate industry handling various kinds of assignments in the field of Corporate Law, SEBI and Listing compliances, FEMA, RBI, NBFC, Income Tax, GST, Intellectual Property Rights, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code etc.
He had associated with one of the top Maharatna Government Public Sector enterprise namely, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), a listed entity, under the administrative charge of Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) where he had worked with few of the best minds of the industry, lawyers and professionals.
Thereafter, he had worked with few of the leading consulting firms, where he had exposure under various laws. With expert knowledge in various sectors and domains is one of the prominent professionals and my core strength in compliances, knowledge and management.
