Yash Bansal is an Associate in the Employment Law practice. He also has experience in intellectual property, technology, data protection and commercial laws. He holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from O.P. Jindal Global University. His experience includes advising on regulatory compliance, employment matters, dispute resolution and legal research, with particular emphasis on issues arising in technology-driven and evolving business environments. His practice also involves advising on matters at the intersection of employment, technology and commercial laws.
