Yash is part of the Disputes Resolution and Litigation team at Singhania & Partners LLP. He has professional experience of more than 6 years in representing clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, District Courts across Delhi NCR, National Company Law Tribunal and in Domestic and International Arbitrations.
As a part of the dispute resolution and litigation team, he has appeared and argued various Applications, Petitions, Appeals before the High Court of Delhi and District Courts, NCLT in high stake matters.
He has also assisted/advised and represented International Clients before the High Court of Delhi and District Courts in the NCR.
