Akshay Tiwari, a law graduate, has been associated with Singhania & Partners since 2020. He has considerable experience working in the field of Dispute Resolution handling matters related to infrastructure projects, contractual disputes, and land acquisition.
He has represented clients before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Consumer Forum, and Arbitral Tribunals.
At Singhania & Partners, Akshay regularly appears and represents the clients in high stake litigation and arbitration and assists clients in invoking and defending Writ Petitions and other issues related to legal/ fundamental rights.
