Neha, possessing 9 years of professional experience in general and indirect tax litigation, joined the Mergers & Acquisitions team at Singhania & Partners LLP in 2023. Since then, she has assisted in advising local, national, and international clients on a wide range of corporate advisory matters including mergers and acquisitions, legal compliances, employment/labour law issues and commercial transactions. Additionally, she has been handling contract documentation (drafting and reviewing), conducting due diligence, drafting legal notices and dealing with matters pertaining to foreign contributions, data protection, customs, foreign exchange and anti-money laundering.
