Pratibha, enrolled with Bar Council of India in 2022, has been representing clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Court, District Courts, Consumer Forums, and various Tribunals in a wide array of matters.
Pratibha has several publications in different practice areas such as Arbitration, IPR, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Tele-communication, IT, and many more.
She is part of the Dispute Resolution Team, actively engaged in commercial litigation, arbitration and matters pertaining to IP Prosecution.
Before joining Singhania & Partners, she was associated with firms such as Mirza & Associates and Seraphic Advisors.
