Wanglen is a part of the Disputes Resolution and Litigation team at Singhania & Partners LLP. Albeit having an experience of less than a year, he has appeared before and assisted in various Civil Matters; including but not limited to, the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Hon’ble High Court of Bombay, Hon’ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana, Hon’ble High Court of Manipur, PMLA and PMLA(A) Courts, National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission (NCDRC) as well as various other district courts in Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Manipur.
He has assisted various legal counsels in a variety of International as well as Domestic Arbitrations for various PSU’s, Government Authorities and Private Entities/Persons.
At Singhania & Partners, He regularly appears and represents clients in high stake litigation and arbitration and assists clients in invoking and defending Special Leave Petitions, Writ Petitions and other legal remedies that might be necessary in the pursuit of justice.
